We all experience stress from time to time, but what can we do about it? This workshop will look at the what, the why, and the how. What is stress? Why do we have stress? And how can we deal with it? Through interactive presentations and activities, this workshop aims to enhance the participants’ knowledge of stress and to equip them with evidence-based tools to manage their daily stressors. We will include a special discussion around the current situation with COVID-19 and share our tips on managing stress during this difficult time.
