Introduction to Meditation

Meditation helps us develop clarity and wisdom, gaining a greater understanding of life. Through meditation we can experience inner peace and lasting happiness by reawakening our natural spiritual consciousness.  In this class you will learn the benefits of meditation and be introduced to basic meditation techniques that you will be able to practice on your own or with others.
