Toastmasters for Teens - Youth Leadership Program

Offered in partnership with Towns of York Toastmasters, this 8-session program is a fun way to boost your confidence and develop leadership and public speaking skills that will help you for the rest of your life.

Ukulele Heroes

Learn how to play the Ukulele!  Play songs the first day by learning basic chords, strumming and fingering.  No experience is necessary and there is no need to read music.  Start from scratch or brush up if you have experience.  Students provide their own instruments, however Ukuleles are available to purchase or loan if needed.

Arduino and LittleBits

If you ever wondered what programming is about, or what a microcontroller is, this is the workshop for you!

Learn how to bring the power of programing to littleBits circuits using Arduino software. LittleBits are electronic building blocks that empower you to create electronic gadgets. In this 3 week workshop you will learn how to write code, load it to the Arduino bit and create complex sequences of actions.
