Paws 4 Stories

January 29th, 6:30pm to 7:00pm

Paws 4 Stories is an awesome program for beginning and struggling readers who like dogs!  It’s an exciting opportunity to read aloud to a dog and make a friend!

Dogs and their owners are trained and generously provided by St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program.

Many children find that reading aloud to a trained dog is much less stressful than reading to a person, which helps encourage them and allow them to enjoy reading!

Date: Mondays January 15, 22, 29 and February 5

Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Ages: Grades 1-7 (registrants must be able to read on their own)

Fee: Free with advance registration in person or by phone! A valid Aurora Public Library card is required.
